Price, payment and shipping

Prices shown include VAT. Emelies Under AB reserves the right to adjust prices and any incorrectly stated prices. Payment is via, direct payment by card or Klarna.

Right of withdrawal - exchanges & returns

Unused and undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Hygiene goods, goods specially adapted to the customer and goods that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Contact us if you have questions about which specific products are covered by the right of withdrawal

Returns within Sweden: 
Contact us if you wish to exchange or return via email info@birgerjarlsunder.se. We provide you with a return label against a debit of SEK 49, which is charged from your order.
Returns and exchanges can also be made free of charge in the store, Birger Jarls Under at Birger Jarlsgatan 40 in Stockholm.


When returned goods are received, we refund the price the customer paid for the goods. Any invoicing or administration fee is not refunded when invoking the right of return.

Returns within EU: 

Contact us if you wish to exchange or return via email info@birgerjarlsunder.se. We provide you with a return label against a debit of 10 EURO, which is charged from your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges from countries outside the EU.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched in the order received. Normal delivery time is 3-7 working days after ordering. We inform you as soon as possible via email if the product is out of stock. If parts of the order are not available, we will inform you via email.

Complaint

Items that are damaged upon delivery must be immediately reported to Emelies Under AB for free return shipping. If the package is damaged during delivery, this must also be reported immediately to the delivery point. If the customer discovers the damage when the package is collected, this is reported to Emelies Under AB by email info@birgerjarlsunder.se or phone 08-6114411. The customer is responsible for transport when returning goods. Complaints, like exchanges and repurchases, can be made free of charge in the Emelies Under AB store in City, Stockholm.


Personal data

Emelies Under AB reserves the right to log IP numbers when ordering. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL).

False orders and attempted fraud

All false orders and attempted fraud are reported to the police.

Force majeure

The parties are released from commitment if the parties' respective commitment is prevented by force majeure. Force majeure counts as war, extensive labor conflict, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection or other circumstance beyond the control of the parties and which prevents the party from fulfilling its obligations under this agreement. The counterparty must be notified immediately if there are circumstances that may cause the application of this provision.
